Dr. Anne M. Clayton has a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a BSW from the University of Victoria. She has spent more than twenty-five years in the social services field and child welfare. Dr. Clayton was the Provincial Director of Adoption and Executive Director of Adoption and Guardianship for the province of British Columbia until her recent retirement. Her research interests include social worker decision making, adoption of children in care, and well-being ofchildren in care. "Exploration of Decision Making Among Child Welfare Social Workers in British Columbia" is her first book.
